Travelstart terms and conditions 

  1. Absa Rewards members will only earn Ccash Bback on bookings made through the Absa Rewards Travel website.
  2. Discounts are only available for bookings made through the exclusive and dedicated Absa Rewards Travel website www.absarewardstravel.co.za.  No discount will be applied for bookings on the public Travelstart website www.travelstart.co.za
  3. Transaction spend is capped at R7 000.00 per Absa Rewards per accrual cycle.
  4. A negative earn will be in place for credit based on the earn percentages.
  5. No discount or cash back will apply for purchases from retailers or through any other booking channel.
  6. Any queries regarding the service that you purchase, must be escalated to Travelstart and not to Absa. You can call Travelstart on 021 468 4351 or email [email protected]. By using the services, you agree to the standard terms and conditions of use.
  7. You hereby indemnify Absa against any loss or damage that you may suffer as a result of your use of the service.
  8. Absa disclaims all liability that may arise as a result of your use of the service.

Absa and airlines terms and conditions of use for the discounts:

  1. Exclusions: No discounts are offered to
    Jeddah, Medinah, Malé, Mauritius, Seychelles, Phuket and Denpasar.
  2. No waiving of rules (such as date changes or cancellations) or conditions is permitted.
  3. Discount may apply to certain ticket classes and may vary between booking class, destinations and class of travel.

  5. Economy class Flex promotional/short sale validity: Get up to 10%.

In the case of unavailability, Touch Down Travel Tech (Pty) Ltd will refund the customer in full within 30 days. Cancellation of orders by customers are not allowed, unless otherwise agreed by Travel Tech (Pty) Ltd in the written terms and conditions relating to a specific quote for services or at the time receiving a request to cancel.

You acknowledge that the company acts as an agent of the supplier, who undertakes to render the agreed travel service to you. Any right of recourse that you may have regarding the supplied travel service, will be directly with the supplier, although the company is always willing to assist wherever possible, making sure that the customer is completely satisfied with the outcome.
